GTC will be responsible for development of the production system for the products and will retain exclusive commercial rights to the products in North America.

is this a significant difference... when comparing the deals?

It's the Goats. Perhaps if we could figure out a way to use sheep these guys making deals could warm up to use a bit easier.

In all honesty I think test tube (whatever) vs animal.

I hope I know why. But I think you just can't get good deals when you're dealing with a knife on your neck (cash position).

I will take 2 dollars and run anytime.

I hope no insider buying indicates soething good is coming or something bad.
