3month T bills popped out to their range to day. That is a good sign. Bulls are dipping back into the equity markets. Risk is coming down.

Or from another point of view. A lot of debt is being generated to save the banks. Dilution.. ur.. I mean sale of new bonds might be dropping prices and raising yields.
