Thanks for taking the time to dig into acus some. Maybe she will meld acus into another entity by combining (r/m) with one of these bios out there with lots of cash, and no pipeline.

Still, I believe that management is not just watching their baby go to zero and shut the doors, without some kind of plan, yet to be shared with us lowly investors, after so many years, and so many trials, not to mention the 70+ employees they still say good morning to every day.

OT- Amy Pouler, (sp?) is leaving SNL to have her baby and has announced she is not coming back. She compared the experience of being on SNL to a drug and is trying to put it down. Reminds me of acus:-)

A very interesting discussion you and Scstocks have had. You mention them needing 15 million to get through to the PDUFA date, but they also said that they plan on having a "cash cushion", so I would think they need 20 to 25 million to be safe.

I wonder how they will be able to get this. The only I option I see besides major dillution would be to partner for worldwide rights for imagify and they recieve an upfront payment of about 25 million and then are payed to manufacture imagify along with a 25% royalty rate on all sales. That seems like the best possible sollution for us in our delimna along with the company we will partner with.
