They added a new development in Makati a few years ago. They might have been working on it when you were there. They have a nice road going into it with a big mall that just opened. The mall was not open the last time that I was there but it looked nice. To me I did not see much else in Manila that had changed other than the areas around Makati. Driving around town everything else looked the same.
I am not much of a world traveler other than going to the PI. Going to China or Shanghai sounds very interesting. I hope that your business there will be successful. Good Luck Evan! :^)
