Matt - If it's needed, another vote not to erase the TLXX stuff.
In fact, I think you should offer IHUB as a forum for Mataras and Acs to slug it out, with you as a judge & us as jury.
This would be cheaper for them than going to the courts, and the fact that IHUB has no authority to enforce monetary jugements shouldn't matter too much, as neither party seems to have any money anyway.
