There's pretty much no volume on these xlu puts.

If there's typically no volume--like on dow transportation index puts last week,

IYT puts for example, the ask surged on its breakdown, but the bids didn't move.

what happens in such situations, do you have to avoid these situations or can you just sell the ask?
