CHICAGO (AP) - Grain and soybean futures rocketed higher Tuesday in early dealings on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for July delivery rose 17 1/2 cents to $3.79 1/2 a bushel; July corn rose 16 1/2 cents to $3.20 1/2 a bushel; July oats rose 7 1/4 cents to $1.55 a bushel; July soybeans rose 43 cents to $8.57 a bushel. Beef futures declined and pork futures advanced in early trading on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. August live cattle fell .22 cent to 88.40 cents a pound; August feeder cattle fell 1.30 cent to $1.0590 a pound; July lean hogs rose 1.33 cent to 76.60 cents a pound; July pork bellies rose 1.15 cent to $1.1485 a pound.
