Chipguy, I am not sure Intel really wants to divert attention from Dothan to these 90 nm monsters that have a 88 W TDP and suck 40 Amps even in sleep mode.
OK ... so what's the point of Intel releasing a "mobile Prescott" even in desktop replacements? Will the battery life be long enough for the user to move the power cord from one outlet to another? Perhaps "battery" is a misnomer, and "UPS" would be a better term.
