The company doesn't need to do it again. Once the debentures are gone they can use conventional financing, so there is no reason to do it again. Day to day operations are covered by incoming revenue, so the company does not need to count on it's stock to continue operations. Only we the share holders will continue to suffer until these are cleared from the ledger, which has been stated to be completed by end of the year.
yeah, 145 mil. vol is pretty ridiculous. there had to be dilution, and I'm saying that not to bash the stock because it's a fact that I own a few shares of UVSE at $0.0056.
