I do see your point, ty. And I'm certain it will help me in future endeavors. A wise investor would not throw everything he has into an empty bucket. Perhaps why the largest of the warrants will wait until the company proves itself with upward growth and that growth is legitimately reflected in the stock price.

But do not forget that Avi has indicated the first two trenches are a done deal. That puts him at 460K in (without other prior's that I have no knowledge of). Execution of the next three warrants will place his investment at 1,900,000 BEFORE the stock reaches $1. I can see why he would want to grade his input at different levels and I am grateful that his investment is going directly to the company and not the MM's. I also interpret the deal as "cautious optimism". As one with millions to lose will be more cautious than the one with little to lose but millions to gain.
