Power of attorney.
Who gave them power of attorney then? If Monarc did (pps365.com ; Innotreck and other companies under the same MONA umbrella) then the same companies would do the same (but they can't because they're Chinese, right?) - buy back their own shares and return them to treasury, not a big deal I would say.
BTW, The only thing here that's arousing my curiosity is the performance of the stock which I love so much, so even if all of the above mentioned is true/false i just don't give a damn at all.
