The "recall", if you can call it that was a fax send to Cede & Co. which appeared to be written be a fifth grader. There was no real action to recall, and beside that, this was MONTHS ago.
There is NO intention to pull the restriction off of the dividends, or when it is lifted, most will have little $$ left over after the transaction fee is imposed to lifting the restriction.

How do you make a stock non-dilutive? My guess would be to grant additional shares to make you whole. Has anyone received more shares yet?
