UVSE's been dropping since July 8th, when the company first alluded to potential dilution, so in my opinion those who anticipate dilution have already sold and priced the A/S increase into the stock. Any further sell off is just excessive, so if UVSE shows a bottom support here it'd be a decent long position based on this reasoning. but if it keeps showing these consecutive red days, who knows when it'll stop so just gotta sit on the sidelines and wait for a few slimmer candles.

What do you mean when a CD is involvd?

mikeyk tells me that a CD is "convertible debenture, debt instrument, loan that can be converted to stock as well as be paid by cash."

Are you saying that one "Convertible Debenture holder" is involved? Or many? I dont understand.
