some here should think about a lawyer, cant believe Paulson, a man who made 10s of millions in the market, is sticking it to the shareholder. I think a good lawyer will see his dirty deeds that did not have to happen will cause backlash by shareholders. this step was not needed, it seemed like revenge + politics at election time.
