I'm not sure if that is a 'fair' assessment of the stats..
I believe the new data reflects 'republican women ' who were not too enthusiastic
about voting ..due to uncertainty of McCains positions on issues that are very important to them.
I also believe independent women got on board, due to the fact that 'they ' were
waiting to see 'both vp picks' , for obvious reasons on both sides.
Then there are dem women who simply would not vote for Obama due to his lack of experience
& his 20 year membership in a racist church and his other questionable 'friends'/supporters .. one
now in jail ..one more pending .. and one who got away Scot free ..OJ style..
If you notice " none of what I say above has anything to do with voting for Gov. Palin 'just'
because she is woman", Frankly , I think it's a demeaning statement to make .. jmo.
