Without sounding too cynical, I am sure there is more
to not filing the fins than Pandey's court case.

There are things going on that the shareholders
are not meant to see.

As has been stated here many times, the fins
could have been filed and corrected later.
The problem is, if BK becomes a reality, Pandey
will be blamed. Whether he was at fault or not,
we may never know.

The only thing I can see as a positive is someone
bought up all the shares the company recently printed.
Also, I am convinced Nicosan helps SCD sufferers, so
someone will end up selling it.

Honestly, Dr. Pandey is one of the few that sincerely do care what happens to Xechem, unfortunately, it's completely out of his hands. He's offered to keep personal differences aside and do whatever he can to help things, but they aren't interested. There's only so much he can do, but yes, absolutely he cares, not so much for him, but for those that believed in him (and Xechem) and helped him along the way...
