you mean the 50k promotion shares? the rest was cash pymt. by the outfit that took this company public.is that is the shares you are referring to?? 50K is nothing here.i dont see that as an issue. alot of the shares were sold PP to investors above .30. the seller is now someone who was issued shares for services, not promo, and they are slowly but surely being absorbed. i dont like seeing it, but at least they are at least being halfway responsible about it. once hdsn is done lookout imo.
