Derekz, As I posted prior, there is a three day settlement, then there is a request sent out to the DTCC (DEPOSITORY ) for PHYSICAL CERTS, they cannot retire ELECTRONICALLY GENERATED AIR. Just try ordering CERTS from your broker, some probably could learn a lot more from him, than consistent calls to the TA.
These are free trading shares they are buying and CERTS must be delivered to retire.
