In every scam that comes down the pike.

It is the most obvious red flag that a company is not being truthful with its shareholders.

StoxJocky,I believe the TA was gagged with good cause, the overachievers here with their un relentless phone calls to the TA, just so they could report that there was no change in O/S or the O/S was increased.

They will not listen to the FACT there is a settlement period on any transaction in the open market it is called T+3 or TRADE plus THREE days to SETTLE the trades.

The PR stated that they have been buying shares thru 09/02/08 and I assume they are still buying, they have not said the buying was completed.

There is no reason on earth, why they should send the partial amounts to the TA in a piece meal fashion, it would be more productive and cost effective to wait until the buy back was complete before the TA was informed and paper work submitted for the TOTAL buy back shares.

At least now we don't have to hear that Alan is lying about the buy back because the TA said..........
