Grandma will never go to starbucks w/ her laptop--unless you believe the IBM commercials ("act like a big guy--pay like a little guy")--but she will go to Kohls and shop till she drops with her 3G phone that guides her to the bargain bin
Little Andrea is also so cute--Grandma might as well start drinking tea at starbucks--Grandma will not touch a computer for the life of her--and she darn well does not like having ppl fiddle around with her wiring but Andrea has a web cam so her calypso powered phone is cool at both Kohls and starucks... say Andrea--how do you like these shoes? No more guess work everybody gets what they want w/ Calypso
All business models are not the same--companies that deal directly with the consumer can add value by bringing people together--that is the approach to wifi--data the blackberry way etc. is for all us nerds--Calypso has a much broader market and that is how it should be pitched
