Based on this news today, if it doesn't clear a penny by the close tomorrow, then it is all bullshit designed to allow insiders to dump shares.

Also important to note is this part (currently negotiating with 1 purchaser on all cash basis). By being done on a all cash basis the value will be so much greater for shareholders. They say then it will be divied out to Mona shareholdes which means to me we will be getting a big Cash divy payout.




The current MONA management has negotiated an autonomous cession of PP365.Com and its interest in Inotrek ISP interest from MCD after September 11 2008 to allow the now current management to find a suitable purchaser for these assets. The company is currently negotiating with 1 purchaser on all cash basis. The entire proceeds of this sale will be paid out to current MONA shareholders. No pay date has yet been set.
