My mistake and I wanted to clear this up quickly. They said that the NSCC National Securities Clearing corporation called and asked Scottrade to put a halt on all buys.
S*** you should have asked them for their number that way we can call the SEC personally. You know I don't mind. But to answer your question I have no idea. hopefully something that will work in our hands. Do you think they can give you a number to your source?.. My scottrade brokerage is in Maryland, where's yours?
