I have a question. On my L2 (Alphatrade)I see a buy at .0005 for 4,500,000 shares and on my last sale on TD ameritrade it shows the same one at the same time for .0004. Why does that happen?

First, the .03 doesnt have to be PPS, it can come as a off market deal. Second , what I have found isnt bad for longs, its actually veeerryy good. It isnt a pump either, thats why Im holding it for the moment.
