#56306 RE: CapnDon #56297

And lets be clear.... all we are doing, (you and I) is thinking out loud.... Are we projecting what will happen? Let me answer that for you: NO. Do either of us know Spooz will succeed? or fail? Again, let me answer that.... No.

Apparently, if you and I dare to actually look at the programs that constitute Spooz's product line.... if you and I dare to actually think deductively and research the details and dig into the innards of things, then we should be cussed, insulted, viciously attacked and all but lynch-mobbed on a jagged, broken tree. But we can deduce that there is wind, even if we can't see it and we know gravity is a genuine force because we see it's evidence in all the things with which we are surrounded. In like manner, insults notwithstanding, it follows logically that the must be $$ coming in if they are to meet payroll this coming Friday. Unless they have thrown in the towel (see B below)

There are only three alternatives when you see there have not been shares sold into the market to raise $$ for this upcoming payroll.

A) Spooz has finally accomplished something of sufficient substance to generate $$ so they do not need to dilute to make payroll. As to announcing it, refer to my post about how to play a successful back game in backgammon.

B) Spooz will fail to make it past Labor Day, in which case they are failing to sell shares this time because they have thrown in the towel.

C) Spooz has persuaded employees to defer this payroll so they can survive a little longer. This option would require that the folks agreeing to this would have to believe with absolutely rock-solid certitude that something is going to happen or they would not agree to defer their pay.

Oh, wait... I've got it.... there is an obvious 4th choice. My bad LOL. Paul Strickland is such an amazing scam artist that he managed to fool the FBI, who did an in-depth & exhaustive background check on him in the course of his receiving the requisite regulatories & so forth so 141 can legally manage client funds. Yeah, thats it. Paul is so good at his scamming that he has even fooled the FBI. Now, Groves, who failed to obtain this kind of regulatory licensing so he could legally manage money using the software he purloined... he obviously lacks Paul's skillset as a scam artist. He deserves our sympathy. He is just an innocent victim of Paul's mastery of the art of the scam.

And not only has Paul apparently fooled the FBI, he has the courts in the palm of his hand too, because that Federal judge is dancing to Paul Stricklands tune by refusing to shut down the litigation mill. Three refusals. Count them.... 1..... 2..... 3!! Wow... what a master of the scam!! The FBI & the Federal courts!! How could weak-kneed ordinary folk like you or me ever avoid being swept up in the swelling tide of such a master of the scam!!

Yessirreebob.... I think its as clear as day that we are watching a master scam artist manufacture $$ out of thin air with which to pay his employees with nothing but the tap of a magic wand on a black stove-pipe hat.... nothing there but a puff of smoke. Thats got to be it, Capn. And anyone, like you or me, who dares to think for ourselves rather than trudging to the beat of our onging funeral pyre.... we are just facilitators, greasing the sleds and making that master scammer all the more successful. Yeah, I'm sure that's it.
