You are thinking straight. For a few million dollars they can have the whole thing. Even if they pushed it to 20 or 30 million, it would be worth it. Appearently they don't think the whole thing is worth much. Or at least that companies like this are a dime a dozen.
I agree Cowboy. I think that could still be a possibility when they find out what the company is truly worth. Perhaps they said, "give us audited financials and our people will contact your people." :)
