3 to 1 buys thus far but no movement. LIke I said it probably needs at least 10 to 1 for it to move. Market makers dont seem to want it up past .007 so far. I think this could run easily over .01 soon. Yep just too much buying for this to go up. Market Makers in control of this one. They want more share at a lower price. This stock needs positive news to rally. too many sitting on the sidelines for now. jmho
