There are liabilities involved with market professionals and the administration of their clients accounts, using this data you speak of, which lead to insurance costs, and exposure to risks that are, if I am not mistaken, not relative to your offerings here on ihub.


Liabilities for Market pro's, such as brokers, using market data for their clients, is in no way comparable to the position IHUB is taking here.
