why_meil - You are correct. alot of people do confuse Legal shorting and Illegal Naked shorting.

Since FFGO is a penny stock and is a non-marginable security it cannot be legally shorted except for the Market makers who can short a penny stock in order to maintain an orderly market in an illiquid stock.

FFGO is Hardly illiquid when it has 28 bil shares in the O/S and only 8 bil are restricted.

So the reality is there should be ZERO shorts in FFGO ! period !!

And any short in FFGO should be considered I L L E G A L !
