Matt, it would be most helpful to me and possibly some others if you would pinpoint exactly what the "problem" is with paid promoters.

Your plan calls for Investor Relations Professionals (the best euphemism I've seen since "Outdoor Wine Enthusiasts") to identify themselves but has no provisions for them to alter or curtail their behaviors in any way.

My questions are, if they are engaged in no conduct that needs altering or requiring, why must they be identified? Conversely, if they ARE engaged in such behaviors, why wouldn't you require them to alter or curtail them?
