Another Idea... The IRP's must compete with their picks each month. The stocks based on % gains and losses.
At the end of the month.. the loser of the IRP contest gets booted. The winner gets immunity for the next month. Also any IRP contestent cannot get booted if they have a posative % monthly gain.
That should get rid of the losers and keep the winners
