Remeber if anyone gets the urge to rip me a new one while I'm away from the office, just invite them down to the site and have them work with us for a couple of weeks. There is nothing to hide so come one come all.
This is a classic scamster cop-out. If there is fraud or something else untoward going on with this company, there is no way that you will find it by spending a couple of weeks diving in the Caribbean.
If you asked the USXP employees at luggage express or the SLJB employees at the lumber yard if the company was a scam their answer would be no - and they would believe what they are saying.
The only way to conclusively prove whether or not this company is legit is to go through the filings (there are none), get the O/S from the T/A (the T/A is gagged) and check the insider trading records (there are none).
The more that I look at this company that more red flags that I see.
Going to the Caribbean to "check out" the diving serves no purpose whatsoever. If this company is a scam the diving could be little more than lipstick on a pig.
What would not surprise me in the least would be if this company was basically a way for a person or group of people to use public money to subsidize their hobby.
Am I saying that this is a scam? No i am not. I do not have enough information to make that determination at this time. That being said, as an investment, this is a lottery ticket at best.
