What happens when the individual no longer works for the company but doesn't relay the message to IHUB? Suppose he/she's been fired and IH still indicates the individual as an IRP for said company................ohhhh the suits will follow IMO.

Fly, I think you may be missing a rather important point:

Our initial plan includes charging a significantly higher rate for users who are compensated to post or otherwise promote specific stocks.

~~~ If someone is going to be highly charged to have an IRP designation, I think that's a first step in separating the beer nuts from the hops.
