Intresting you mention ablation in relation to that co.. Whether it's mono or bi. The ablative approach is currently used in mass by the Orthopedics. And Frank pointed out the Vad sys, while being bi-polar, was about fusion or welding.

So I've been drawing schematics today trying to figure how a tendon might have temp applied via rf to one side and not thru out as in soft tissue. Not having much success,lol.

Anyway, whether it's that co. protecting it's market place by getting ahead of the curve, or another co. wanting a piece of their action, it seems someone has recognized what the Vad systen will impart, in the way of computer controlled programming and feedback loop systems via the VAD system I mean. I doubt they would be working with LTC, if they were not impressed with the soft tissue results:)
