Looking at ihub members posts on WEHI board,
1MM share of WEHI @$100 will be 100,000 shares of STEM dividends with PPS no less than 20cents.
That means 100,000 x 0.20 = $20,000
$100->$20,000 = WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

i just got off the phone with mike...he said there will be no reverse split....instead there going to just discontinue all the shares of WEHI and give everyone 10 shares of the new STEMTRONICS company as a dividend
