Ventrx for tools www.ventrexinc.com/, and Stellartech for genset www.stellartec.com/. Everything is in the Santa Barbara area, except the Ukraine R+D of course, and the setup there simply cannot be underpriced.

Both MFGs. great companies. The cap for creating this manufacturing capacity would easily be over 10 million $ U.S., perhaps 20 mill..

All guns blazing, all cylinders firing, for a year on year return, 10 mill put into product(gensets), could enable 40 mill
in returns annual. All according to best case scenario.

I would think, till we have a few thousand Gensets in place,
market growth and entrance will be the best place to spend first.

The LTC office will be overworked and understaffed, as I see it, handleing everthing else without adding in the mass mfg. capacity. The Mad Max webcast showing a parallel development of minimally invasive tools for each open surgery tool makes the pipeline twice as wide as I had thought it would be. This is so aggressive! Add in the Info shown additional Patents being prepaired and the order of how this co-development of laproscopic will follow each tool... I see we may be hearing about more FDA submittals before End of Year. I'm thinking possibly three.

That would be the same tools we have now, only designed for
minimally invasive work, and the Colon tool for open surgery.

This kind of scheduling could make 10+ tools out next year, with a number of them able to crossover in sales to multiple
subdivisions and their subsequent applications.

I never felt stronger about the direction the company is headed in.
