10 billion shares and it dosent makes sense to reverse split WEHI...he already has reversed it 2 times in 3 years.....its a stock selling company....there are no future plans except to sell stock and pay the lease on his caddy...its a non reporting company with no controls to protect the investers....its run out of his apartment...google the address....

Watch, the merger will not go through because of some screwed up reason. Wait for that pr closer to Sept 5th, and you know the CEO will be laughing because he has already maxed out or has come close to maxing out the A/S.
