The worst thing about this whole mess is that with the right people this could have been a profitable company. We were so close. Grimes alone would have made us alot of money. It was there for the taking. Futrcash and Skip Taylor have confirmed that. We just could have made money the "old fashioned way, earned it." Too bad these guys (Ivan Cavric, Rick DeRosa, Lancaster & Wadkins) only had fraud on their minds. Once a criminal always a criminal. I think the whole thing was too much for Stephen and Ed to correct. Our only value now is as a shell but with an uncertain share structure our chances are slim at best.
