I don't recall who posted it about 6 weeks ago, but someone had called the transfer agent and they had already passed 1.3 billion o/s shares at that time. And, they have to keep issuing shares as they don't have enough income coming in the door to pay the bills (see 2nd quarter financials).
But, agree with the price parity math - I can make a reasonable case for a penny. Tough to see anything beyond that without significant management changes as this management has ZERO trust with shareholders.
