This briefing basically illustrates why the flotation tech, & mako tech acquisitions where critical. According to the article, the DPDW J-Plates will needed bouyancy to keep from touching the mud and the ROV's will be used to connect the J-Plates.

Pretty ingenious actually offering a one-stop-shop for all steel flying lead contracting.
