Yeah, but how many other pinks have an A/S of 5B....plenty. So this is no different than the rest. A 3B O/S isn't that bad for a .0001 stock in my opinion. How many other stocks at .0001 people out here on IHUB are chasing have this "low" of an O/S???

Comprehension seems to be the problem but np, I'll explain it to you again.

I am completely aware of the A/S and that is exactly my point. If the O/S goes over 3b it could mean that Erroll plans now on diluting all the way to the full 5B that is authorized. If dilution is finally over and the O/S stops at 3b, the pps could actually rise even w/o news. On the other hand, even with news and 5B shares in the O/S, the pps will more then likely stay right were it currently is.

Keep in mind just because the A/S is authorized to 5b, it does not mean they automatically have to dilute all the way there. They may have started to take on income and may not need to go to the well again. Follow me so far? In other words, if they wanted to, they could wait and give long term shareholders a break then continue to dilute later if needed.
