And the word "behalf" shows me that someone buys it for the company:

The current OS is 5 Billion. We control 4.5 Billion of that.

The volume today is being purchased on behalf of the company to be retired.

If the company is buying as it says it is, then they are probably the ones buying all the .0001's IMO. If that is the case, we should start to see more hits at .0002 and beyond once more of the float is bought back by the co.

I am viewing this as a lotto and have bought a chunk today. I bought it again once I saw that it could uptick to .0001 x .0002.
