the sec doesn't have time for penny stockks. it couldn't even figure out that enron was a scam so don't look for any help there.
as i have stated previously, the stats are good but not good enough. something very attention grabbing must be put out there to attract new investors. the company cannot just say...well, things are better than expected and we project continued growth and prosperity and, btw, we are still in the red for the time being....they need to announce that a new welll is producing x amount of gas/oil per day and that x must be big so that when it comes across the newswire it draws attention. in the penny world, people don't want to hang around while the stock consolidates or stagnates.
actually, it is trading well today considering the circumstances.
