BTW I understand what you mean because I own 20 million shares. Had a gtc sell in for half at .0002 - Glad I caught news cancelled it and will wait to see where this goes.

The ONLY way to get to 100M shares is a reverse split. When they close the merger, if it happens, they will reverse split and then issue stock to raise the $6M and that will kill the stock again.

The wording ~leavin the reorganized company with 100 million shares outstanding~
