Haha...bummer, i was hoping that was announced. I don't think the trading will get halted on this. I'm not sure what's going to happen, but that would be the most boring end of it. i think something big will happen with the dividends because the majority of the cash will go straight to santini. if he pays a little to the share holders, he will make a fortune because most of the shares are owned by him and supposedly Lumb. All at the expense of...the hedge funds hopefully (granted they exist, which i think they do because i don't believe in these altruistic people warning us).
