I don't want to be naive but is it really possible that Tom didn't know of the Legacy Debt? This is ridiculous, can't believe that Tom could take a shell that had 500M shares @ 0.001.

Even with the businesses we have now without that legacy debt we would be trading so much higher.

I'm really disappointed that Tom had to take KK to court after all they've been through together and Tom picking up KK's dirty shell. At least KK should have settled with Tom privately to buyback half the float for less than a million. That would pacify commons and give a much higher pps.

Not trying to excuse Tom for overpaying for Wisebuys and Hacketts but the major problem here was the Legacy CD. That really did so much harm to us.

I'm holding to the end here but if I say am not disappointed with Tom I'll be lying to myself. Tom should live up to his resume.

Nobody's perfect undy! The pps MORE than reflects ALL the negative! Focus on the positive like once we make our next acquisition we'll probably have around 40 million in assets!

The asset/debt ratio will get better and better and better over time! Takes a long time to build an EMPIRE! I can see it now, five years from now, 53 Hackett's locations, Nationwide beer distributorship, 6 Gas station/biofuel quickie marts!, 18 restaurants, 3 bakeries, 2 bars and a partridge in a pear tree!!
