I don't think it is just me. Shouldn't you be talking to the CEO of the company with a little more respect than "bud"? Also what about "Mr. Santini" instead of Alan? If I wanted to remain on the good side of a CEO I believe a little more dignified approach is in order.

But that is just me.....
