They weren't even aware of the last PR.

And hiring a PR firm is hardly following through on announcements since it has nothing to do with the business (yes, I know FFGO doesn't really have a line of business)

It is like saying they are going to hire a lawyer and then hiring one. So? It means nothing to stockholders.
