from the PR today explains why it is not filed yet...in case you didnt read it

* These quoted number of shares of the Company's outstanding stock will not be updated with the Transfer Agent until next week as the Company's CEO is travelling until Monday. He will then be in a position to immediately attend to all of the paperwork required for the cancellation of the shares of the Company's Common Stock with the Transfer Agent; in respect of all of the shares repurchased by the Company.

Its also a fact they havent filed the form 13g on the mysterious 8 investment groups that own 22,640,779,934 FREE TRADING SHARES, this doesnt include Santinis 2.4 Billion FREE TRADING AS WELL. Alan where are the 13g forms ? Why not filed yet? You stated would be filed last week!!! I would love to see some information on these firms, that by the way is required by SEC. JMO
