thank you for your opinion, but as far as i see it, i think if hes been out of the country (perhaps visiting family in S. Africa?) he will get to the paperwork when he gets back.

Alan could have filed the proper paperwork a long time ago just like he could have filed for the divy dates. He has done neither.

All of the Company's holdings in Goldco; expected to be received by the Company on Friday August 29, 2008 and in the amount of US$498,422,955 are to be distributed to the Company's stockholders in full. This means that the Extraordinary Dividend will be substantially increased in size as the Company will no retaining any of these Goldco shares of Common Stock whatsoever.

Why would Alan file a divi date when he has not yet received the "Goldco" stock to give out?
