Waitedg.......we shall see. I doubt that either.....or the shareholders here...... have a desire to see them return home empty handed.
That being said, and given the recent sale this quarter to Firma Codogni of Poland, it still will only take one more sale this quarter to, likely, make it a break-even or a profitable one for FASC......as has been noted in the SEC reports.
The quarter ended 3/31/04 actually did report earnings, but it was based on the re-characterization of the AGES venture on the books of FASC.
This quarter will likely be the first one in which earnings are generated directly from the revenues produced.
Given the closings of three recent deals, I think the achievement of two sales/quarter to reach profitability is now becoming a relatively low hurdle for FASC to jump over, going forward.
